Home Remedy with using Wheat, Coriander (Dhaniya) powder, Cuscus (Khas) Powder and Milk
  • Take 50-60 gms of wheat and dip in water overnight
  • In the morning filter the water and put wheats in a mixer
  • Mix 2 teaspoon coriander of powder
  • Add 2 teaspoon cuscus powder
  • Grind to make a paste
  • Take 250 ml of milk in bowl
  • Add the paste to the milk
  • Boil for about 20 min
  • Let it cool down and eat this when lukewarm

  • Home Remedy with using Garlic and Coconut Oil
  • Garlic helps in relieving pain
  • Take a pan
  • Pour 50 ml of coconut oil
  • Add 7-8 garlic cloves
  • Fry cloves till garlic turns dark brown
  • Let oil cool down to lukewarm
  • Apply this oil on affected area
