Home Remedy with using Apple Cider Vinegar (सेब का सिरका) and Lemon Juice
Take 1 glass of water
Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to it
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon extract to it
Mix well
Drink this before every meal
Home Remedy with using Mint leaves (पुदीने की पत्तियां)
Take 1 glass of water
Take handful of mint leaves and grind to make a paste
Add this paste to the water
Mix well
Drink this daily for 2 weeks
Home Remedy with using Curd, Salt and Asafoetida powder (हींग पाउडर)
Take 1 glass of water
Add 1 tablespoon of curd
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Add a pinch of asafoetida powder
Mix well to make buttermilk
Drink daily

Sit staright while eating
Chew properly
Do not overeat
Avoid chocolates
Avoid carbonated drinks
Avoid too much onion
Do yoga
