  • Take 1 glass warm milk
  • Add 1 teaspoon licorice powder
  • Add 2 teaspoon honey
  • Mix Properly
  • Drink 2 times a day

  • Take 4-5 Indian gooseberries
  • Remove their seeds and crush the gooseberries
  • Add the paste to 300 ml hot water
  • Boil the mixture for 20 min
  • Allow it to cool
  • Strain the liquid using a sieve

  • Add honey to improve the taste
