Home Remedy with using Coriander Leaves (धनिया), Yogurt/Curd and Cardamom (इलायची) Powder
Grind a few coriander leaves
Extract juice using sieve
Take 1 tablespoon yogurt in 1 cup water
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and beat it to make buttermilk
Add 3 teaspoon of coriander juice in it
Mix ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder
Drink this water 1 hour later of every meal
TIPS
Consume Jaggery (गुड़) with water after every meal
