Home Remedy with using bathua leaves (fat-hen)
Take handful of fresh bathua leaves
Grind them to make a paste
Extract the juice using seive
Take 3 teaspoon of bathua juice everyday with empty stomach
Home Remedy with using Turmeric (Haldi) and Milk
Take 1 glass of hot milk
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Stir well
Drink every day before going to bed
Home Remedy with using Fenugreek (Methi) seeds
Take handful of fenugreek seeds
Roast and crush the same to make a powder
Take 2 teaspoon of this powder in a bowl
Add few drops of water to make a thick paste
Apply on the Knee with pain
