Home Remedy with using Mustard oil and Camphor (Kapoor)
Take 1 cup of mustard oil
Heat this oil in a pan
Add 10 gms of camphor
Keep heating till camphor dissolves completely in the oil
Let oil cool down to lukewarm
Massage with this oil
Oil increases the blood circulation and reduces inflammation and stiffness
Home Remedy with using black Sesame Seeds (Kale Tila ke beej)
Take approx 100 ml of water
Soak 1 teaspoon of black sesame seeds in it and leave overnight
Drink/eat this mixture in the morning
Home Remedy with using Cinnamon (Dalchini) Powder and Honey
Take 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey
Mix properly
Eat this on every morning with empty stomach
