Home Remedy with using coriander (Dhaniya )powder, aniseed (Saunf Seeds) powder and honey
Make a mixture of 2 teaspoon of coriander powder and 2 teaspoon aniseed powder
Add 1 teaspoon of honey
Mix properly
Take this after every meal

Eat a ripe guava with empty stomach daily
This improves blood flow and maintains heart beat
