Home Remedy with using Pomegranate, Salt and Pepper
Take 2 teaspoon of crushed pomegranate
Add ½ teaspoon of black pepper
Add 1 teaspoon of salt
Mix well
Apply this paste on the gums
Massage for few min
Home Remedy with using Spinach and Carrot
Take a 10-12 spinach leaves
Add 1 chopped carrot
Grind the two and make a paste
Filter the juice out of paste
Drink this juice thrice everyday
TIPS
Eat 1 bowl salad of cabbage and 1 banana daily
Gargle with lukewarm water
Apply mixture of salt and pepper on gums
