Indian gooseberry has high vitamin c content
Take 1 glass lukewarm milk
Add 1 teaspoon sugar
Crush some dry Indian gooseberries
Add 1 teaspoon of this powder to milk

Home Remedy with honey and lemon juice
Take 1 glass water
Add 1 teaspoon honey
Add 4 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix Properly
Drink 2 times a day

Eat fruits rich in vitamin C like Guava, Kiwi, Papaya, Orange, Strawberry
