Home Remedy with Clarified Butter or Brahmi Oil
  • Put 2 drops of lukewarm clarified butter or Brahmi oil in both the nostril
  • Repeat this once in morning and once in night at bedtime daily

  • Take 1 glass of warm water
  • Grind 2-3 cardamom and take ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Add it to the water
  • Mix Properly
  • Consume daily at bedtime

  • Home Remedy with milk and Turmeric (हल्दी) powder
  • Take 1 cup of warm milk
  • Add 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Drink daily at bedtime
