Place the wrapped cloth gently on the affected area
Put for few seconds and remove for few seconds
Do this for about 15 mins
Repeat twice a day
Home Remedy with using Cabbage Leaves
Dip cabbage leaves in water for half an hour
Place the leaves on the affected joint and press gently
Wrap a cotton cloth or bandage to hold it
Leave it overnight
Home Remedy with using Broccoli
Take some broccoli
Grind it to make paste
Apply this on the affected area or joint
Wrap a cotton bandage to hold the paste
Leave it for 15-20 min and then wash
Home Remedy with using potato
Take 1 boiled potato and mash it
Apply this on affected area or joint
Wrap a cotton bandage to hold
Leave it for half and hour and then remove
