Home Remedy with Oats, Milk, Dates, Almonds and Honey
Take 1 cup oats in a vessel
Add 1 cup of milk
Take 3 dates, chop it and mix to it
Take 3 Almonds chop it and mix to it
Add 1 teaspoon of honey
Mix Properly
Eat this as breakfast
Possibly eat unpeeled apple afterwards
Home Remedy with Almonds and Milk
Take 5-7 almonds soak them in water for overnight
Remove the skin next morning
Consume them with 1 glass of lukewarm milk
Home Remedy with Honey and Cinnamon (दालचीनी) powder
Take 1 tablespoon honey
Add a pinch of cinnamon powder
Consume this at bedtime
