Tips to stay safe from Air Pollution

Eat broccoli as it is rich in Vitamin C and enhance detoxification of air pollutants.
Indoor plants are considered to help improve air quality.
Avoid exercising outdoors when pollution levels are high.
Use Air Conditioners (A/C) in car and at home.
