Home Remedy with Milk, Turmeric (हल्दी), Coriander (धनिया) powder and Triphala
Take 1 glass of warm milk
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
Add 1 teaspoon of triphala powder
