Home Remedy with using home spices for Flatulence (पेट फूलना)
Home Remedy with using Dry Ginger (सौंठ), Asafoetida (हींग) and Black Salt
Take a glass of warm water
Add pinch of dry ginger powder
Add 1 pinch of asafoetida powder
Add a pinch of black salt
Mix well
Drink everyday once to get relief
Home Remedy with using Black Pepper, Dry Ginger (सौंठ) and Green Cardamoms (हरी इलायची)
Take a glass of warm water
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Add 1 teaspoon of dry ginger powder
Grind 2 green cardamoms to powder and mix to the water
Mix well
Drink 1 hr later of every meal
Home Remedy with using Ginger and Lemon Juice
Take a fresh ginger and cut into thin slices
Take lemon juice in abowl and dip ginger slices
Leave it for 1 hour
Eat 3-4 few slices after every meal
TIPS
Eat 2-3 leaves of peppermint (पुदीना) after every meal
Avoid Carbonated drinks
Avoid Broccoli, Cabbage, beans, Cauliflower
Avoid Bread and cheese
Chew your food properly which helps in digestion
