Home Remedy with Cinnamon (दालचीनी), black pepper and honey
Take 1 glass of hot water
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Add ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
Add 1 teaspoon of honey
Mix Properly
Sip the mixture while hot
Home Remedy with lemon juice
Take 1 glass of water
Add 4 tablespoon of lemon juice
Mix Properly
Drink thrice a day
Home Remedy with Basil (तुलसी) leaves and Black Pepper
Take a handful of basil leaves
Grind basil leaves to make a paste
Using sieve extract the juice
Add ½ teaspoon black pepper powder to the juice
Mix Properly
Drink thrice a day
Home Remedy with chirata, Clove (लौंग)s and Cinnamon (दालचीनी) powder
Take 250 ml hot water
Add 2 tablespoon of chirata powder
Add 2 cloves to it
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Heat this mixture for 2-3 min
Filter the liquid
Drink 3 tablespoon of this mixture 5 times a day
