Eat 2 tablespoon of flaxseeds daily during periods
Home Remedy with ginger, honey, lemon and tea
Prepare black tea
Add to it ½ teaspoon of crushed ginger
Add 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Add 1 teaspoon honey
Drink this tea at regular intervals during the day
Home Remedy with Basil (तुलसी) leaves
Take a handful of basil leaves and grind to make a paste
Extract juice using sieve
Take 1 glass hot water
Add 2 teaspoon basil leave juice to it
Mix Properly
Drink thrice a day

Include Cinnamon, Sesame seeds, Ginger, Parsley in your diet
