Home Remedy with using Curry Leaves, Lemon juice and Honey
Take 12 to 15 curry leaves
Grind them to make a paste
Extract juice using sieve
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Add 1 teaspoon of honey
Mix well
Consume this 2 times a day
It helps in Vomiting, morning sickness and nausea
Home Remedy with using Garlic and Milk
Take a glass of milk
Take 2-3 garlic cloves and grind to make a paste
Add this paste to the milk
Heat the mixture for 5 min
Drink this milk warm
This is helpful in Vomiting due to indigestion
Home Remedy with using Mint leaves (पुदीना), Ginger, Lemon and Honey
Take small piece (1 inch long) ginger and 15-20 mint leaves
Grind them together to a paste
Extract juice using seive
Take 2 teaspoon of this juice in a small bowl
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to it
Add 1 teaspoon honey to it
Mix well
Have this 2 times a day
TIPS
Avoid Milk products if you have vomiting
Have more of juicy fruits specially watermelon and muskmelon
Drink 2-3 lts of water daily which prevents dehydration
